TOTVET – Training of Tutors and VET professionals for high quality in Work Based Learning and Dual Learning

#ErasmusDays is an initiative aimed at disseminating the results of projects implemented under the Erasmus + program.

The guests present at the meeting listened to the Director of DNiE UMWW – Ms Dorota Kinal, who presented information and activities undertaken by individual units under the Erasmus + program. Then, the Director of CWRKDiZ in Poznań, Mariusz S. Kubiak, presented the activities that were undertaken under the TOTVET project. Participants learned that the main goal of this project is to improve the professional competences of teachers and vocational and dual education specialists responsible for VET training in the workplace as part of apprenticeships for students. People present at the meeting also learned the main result of the TOTVET project, which is the massive open online course (MOOC) for 150-200 teachers and vocational training specialists in the workplace. Its purpose is to improve the ability to organize and conduct vocational training in the workplace.
